Shooting outdoors can be unpredictable, and we prefer to ensure the lighting and conditions are always perfect.
While we focus on studio work for consistent, high-quality results, we offer on-location sessions for individuals or corporate groups. On-location shoots give us the flexibility to bring the same great experience to your site for larger teams.
We recommend dressing in something that reflects your professional image. Think interview attire. Stick with solid, neutral colors like black, gray, and navy or skin-friendly shades like blues and greens. Avoid busy patterns or logos.
We don’t provide clothing. Please bring a variety of options. We’ll help you choose the best one to ensure you look your best for your headshot.

Hair and makeup services aren’t included in the session, but we’re happy to recommend professionals in the area. For our Signature Headshot Experience, you can add a makeup artist for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance.

We also offer a private changing area and make-up station at the studio to ensure you feel comfortable and ready for your session.
After your session, we’ll review the images together and select your favorites. You only pay for the images you love, and payment is made in-studio once you've made your selections ($150 per image, including professional retouching).
Our professional retouching is personalized to your preferences, and we’ll discuss this during your session to ensure the final result matches your vision. Special edit requests are welcome and may incur an additional charge, depending on the complexity.
You’ll receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license for both personal and commercial use, giving you the freedom to use your images for marketing, advertising, social media, and without any restrictions. You’ll have complete control over how your headshot is used.
Your retouched images will be delivered in high-resolution, JPEG format, via a secure, private download link. We do not provide RAW images or proofs, so you’ll receive only the final, polished versions of your selected images.
We accept credit cards and cash at the end of your session. You can also use Afterpay to split your payment.
If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid additional charges. If less notice is given or more than one reschedule request is made, you will lose the session fee paid.
