Each team member will receive personalized posing and expression guidance to ensure a natural, confident result, quickly and professionally.
4. Real-Time Image Selection
Immediately following each session, individuals can view their portraits and select their preferred image for retouching. Selections are recorded on-site by Nabor, streamlining coordination and eliminating guesswork for your team.
5. Prompt & Secure Delivery
Final, professionally retouched images are delivered in a high-resolution online gallery organized, accessible, and ready for use across all your business platforms.

We offer on-location headshots throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, as well as in Oklahoma City, Austin, and Houston.
For smaller groups (fewer than 5), coming to our studio may be more cost-effective, but we’re happy to visit for any session size.
We’ll need a 10×15 foot open space for equipment, backdrops, and lighting, and approximately 45-60 minutes to set up.

Yes, we offer on-site headshot photography for events such as conferences, seminars, or corporate gatherings. We’ll set up a professional studio space at the venue and capture high-quality, consistent images for all attendees, ensuring a smooth process that doesn’t disrupt your event.

After the session, your team will select their favorite images for retouching, which typically takes 4 business days. You’ll receive the final headshots promptly after that.

We’ll send attire tips to share with your team. Nabor will coach them on posture and expressions, and they’ll see images in real time for instant feedback.

If some team members are unavailable on the scheduled day, they can book their own session at the studio. We’ll match their headshots to the ones taken on-site to maintain a consistent look with your company’s branding.
